Pregnant Kim Kardashian squeezes into skintight LBD to film KUWTK with Khloe... but Kourtney stays home after 'splitting from Scott'

There may be rumours of martial strife floating around her family.

But it was business as usual for Kim Kardashian.

The 34-year-old television personality was spotted after filming for reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians in Van Nuys, California on Monday.

It seemed to be a busy day for the siblings as sister Khloe was also seen filming, however, one sibling that was noticeably absent was Kourtney, who has reportedly dumped Scott Disick.

Regardless of the drama Kim looked fashionable on the outing as she wore a skintight halter LBD for the occasion, which hugged onto her famous curves.

Though Kim has said she is four months pregnant, the bump could not really be seen in the tight number as her stomach appeared to be much flatter than most in their second trimester.
