Kroy chose the 11 carat diamond band to symbolize their wedding date of November 11, 2011. 
The Don't Be Tardy blonde is having to cope with being separated from Troy after he signed to play with the New York-based Buffalo Bills after eight seasons with the Atlanta Falcons. 
She described the day he left home last week as 'one of the hardest days ever'.
However, on Tuesday, she was elated when she enjoyed a brief reunion with her hunky hubby, sharing photos on her Instagram.
